Keltara Show Garlands

Hello and welcome to my website;

I am a florist with over 20 years experience. I currently work at Hannah’s Florists, a family run shop that’s been around for over 40 years in Northern Ireland.

23 years ago I unfortunately took ill with something called M.E. and a few years later was also diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.

This meant I was no longer able to work full time. I always loved my job and am still extremely passionate about it (just call me a flower geek!). From a very young age I was always creative and I still love creating things, and the challenges of doing so.

A few years ago I got involved in making artificial flower garlands for horses, ponies, donkeys and miniature horses. I’ve combined my equine and floristry experiences together to come up with what you see in my pictures on the website and facebook.

Creating these garlands in my spare time as a hobby gives me something to do while I have to spend time recharging my `faulty batteries` – (and allows me to satisfy my creative needs without leaving the house).
